Connections of wires
Loose connections of wires mentioned long time in statistics of accidents of ADAC as the most often found reason of accidents – and it concerned all cars.
Audi put it an end: almost all sockets are in addition fixed in the mechanical way by means of clamps. (To disconnect the socket, it is necessary to overcome a clamp.)
Here the most often found clamps of sockets:
- Sockets of system of injection are fixed by a wire collar which needs to be wrung out down.
- The majority of mnogoshtyrkovy sockets has on each side lock grooves which need to be pressed to remove the socket.
- For example, in the combined device there are mnogoshtyrkovy sockets which are fixed by the inserted collar.
