Side levels

Dismantle of shock-proof levels

Unfortunately, the varnished side levels cannot be removed from doors, without having destroyed them. The one who is ambitious can try to remove a level, previously having heated its hair dryer to 40 °C. Then wring out a level from facing by the screw-driver which is wrapped up by a rag (for protection of varnishing). From a reverse side of doors wring out black caps.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. At installation the surface of metal of a door or a wing has to be pure, removed dust and fat-free. Besides, metal and a level has to have a room temperature.
  2. Remove a protective film from a level just before installation.
  3. Insert a level pins into openings, level and press in the field of gluing – especially on the ends.
  4. In addition press a level, strongly pressing on it (100 N/cm 2), or roll it the roller for wall-paper.
  5. For the period of hardening (4 hours) the car has to be at the room temperature.
